NBR 3345 (Acrylonitrile-Butadiene Rubber)

NBR 3345 is a high-performance acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber produced through cold polymerized emulsion technology. This specialized nitrile rubber features non-staining, non-discoloring stabilizers, making it ideal for applications requiring excellent oil resistance and aging properties.

The polymer exhibits superior tensile strength, outstanding resistance to aging, and exceptional oil resistance, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications.

Processing Notes

Sample Preparation: Raw rubber Mooney testing samples are prepared using the mill method according to GB/T15340. Sample weight: 250±5g, roll temperature: 50±5℃, roll gap: 1.4±0.1mm, total ten passes (first and tenth passes without folding).
