Canthaxanthin 10% CWS/S

Product Overview

Canthaxanthin 10% CWS/S is a cold water soluble/stable beadlet formulation of canthaxanthin, a keto-carotenoid pigment (β,β-carotene-4,4'-dione). This formulation contains 10% of the active ingredient canthaxanthin in a protective matrix designed for easy dispersion in aqueous systems.

The product appears as a brick-red to red-brown fine powder with white spots of food starch, providing a vibrant red-orange coloration when used in applications. Canthaxanthin is a carotenoid pigment that occurs naturally in certain foods but is also produced synthetically for commercial use.
